SCHOOL CAMPS
As part of Qatar Leadership Academy's educational programme all students are required to attend a school organized camp. This year the camps will be held in May. These camps are organized on the basis of satisfying three areas: Curriculum, Community Service and to provide a Cultural Experience.

The following camps have been organized for each grade level:

Grades 6 and 7 (4th-10th May)
Mount Severn , Wales , United Kingdom
(Curriculum and Culture)
This camp will provide our cadets with outdoor activities related to the Leadership Curriculum as well as a cultural experience.


Grade 8 (2nd-9th May)
Space Camp, Izmir , Turkey
(Curriculum, Community Service and Culture)
Cadets will have the opportunity to learn about space related science and technology. They will also undertake a community service activity and spend two days in Istanbul.


Grade 9 (3rd-11th May)
International School of Moshi Camp , Arusha , Tanzania
(Culture and Community Service)
Cadets will spend two and half days completing a community service activity and then undertake a safari in Ngorogoro Crater.


Grade 10 (7th-15th May) Blue Peris Mountain Centre, United Kingdom (Curriculum and Culture)
Cadets will visit Blue Peris Mountain Centre for outward bound activities.


Grade 11 (2nd-9th May) Plymouth , United Kingdom (Curriculum and Culture)
Cadets will visit Plymouth where they will undertake tours of British naval establishments.
